Foundry Festival 2026

Cambridge, MA — February 2026

The Foundry Consortium hosts an annual week-long, free arts and STEM festival for the Cambridge community. For 2026, they partnered with Hopscotch Labs to add family programming to their Saturday lineup.

We designed and ran two Montessori-inspired playgroups on Saturday morning. Families could participate together or split up — one parent in the playgroup, the other enjoying the festival.

The result? Our playgroups became the main attraction of the morning. Families didn't just use the childcare — they came for it. In two hours, we served 25 families with zero logistical complications for the organizers.
